Upon receipt of PO, any cancellation is subject to mutual agreement and charges may apply.
Payment: All orders COD unless credit terms agreed prior and payment will be net 30 from date of invoice.
Shipping: FOB shodor Delta, BC or Agent’s warehouse, unless otherwise specified. Prepaid direct shipping is available for orders exceeding 1000lbs and in some other exceptional cases.
Warranty: All our products have a 3 Year Limited Warranty. It
applies only to original owner and against defects and workmanship by shodor. shodor is not responsible for any additional labour charges. None of the glass used by shodor is warrantied against breakage. In rare cases tempered glass can spontaneously break months or years after installation. This can be due to inclusions in the glass or damages (scratches, chips, gouges, etc) that occur after glass is supplied. Customers accept that tempered glass can break and will not hold shodor or shodor’s suppliers responsible for any costs, damages, injuries or repair/replacement labour
There is a minimum charge of $25 for any order.
